Time flies. The 1980s-2000s is the last post of vintage print advertisements of my ‘Delta Air Lines – The History In Magazine Advertising’ series, dedicated to Delta’s 85th Anniversary.
Through 85 years of service and growth, Delta has been enriched with the addition of other airlines to its family, including the latest addition of Northwest Airlines in 2008. The post’s history facts section tells about the Delta’s 85 Years Old Family Tree. Please find it below as well as the dates of engagements. To commemorate the legacy of other family members, this post also contains their vintage magazine ads. Enjoy! And thank you for following this series! and flying Delta [wink]
