I love traveling by air. The sound and view of an airplane taking off from a runway always make me smile :) The feeling of arrival, the feeling of upcoming adventure, is the most exciting feeling a traveler can experience… The important part is to do not spoil it in the air before landing ;)
During this year I have been flown on board 15 aircrafts of five carriers: Delta, LAN, StarPeru, Taca, and Czech Airlines. They all had provided great services, however, if I was asked to select an airline I liked most, it would be LAN Airlines, South American Airlines based in Santiago, Chile. The flight attendants on all LAN flights and their services, cleanness of cabins, entertainment, and served meals were exceptional! Thanks, LAN!

I’ve always had great experiences with LAN too… I’m always happy when I get to fly with them! It was with LAN that I got bumped to first class for the first time ever. :D

I love LAN. I just don’t like paying the exit tax everytime I leave Peru to go to another South American country…oh well.

Yes, some countries charge the Exit Fee. But, it is not LAN.

Glad to hear that you were pleased with LAN, Alex. They have great service. I particularly like the shot with the flare coming through the window, the candid with the Santiago sign, and that one with all the clouds.
