In 2009, in addition to existing Hollywood Wax Museum, a new $60 million showcase of Madame Tussauds Hollywood Wax Museum was opened on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Over a hundred life-size celebrity wax figures, including Hollywood Icons, Movie Stars and Directors, TV Stars, Pop Stars and Sport Stars are displayed in themed layouts of a new museum. The layouts are designed to have fun and allow you to get up close with nothing in the way between you and celebrity. Most figures are equipped with props for fun photos. I really enjoyed my photo session with wax celebrities. And, honestly, I was really surprised to see that vast majority of wax figures look very much alike their alive substitutes :) Good job, Madame Tussauds!
Tip 1: Visit just after they open (at 10 AM), when the place is uncrowded.
Tip 2: Don’t use flash when take photos.
Tip 3: Before taking a photo with a celebrity, begin with a smile and salutation ;)

Those wax celebrities look really realistic. I hope someday someone would create my wax mannequin…

Sure they will, Jemma :) By the way, in the museum they can make a wax copy of your hand. So that might be a good starting point ;)
No, I can’t place that actor, AIex, I’m afraid, but this is certainly a great series!
